Sea Urchin, typically know as Uni, is considered a delicacy in Japan and is mostly consumed as sushi.
Uni is best known for its strong ocean smell, thick, creamy, rich and buttery in texture. Depending on the season, region, harvest, and even its gender, its taste may vary.
