About the Product
Kuruma Ebi (車海老 / Penaeus japonica) is the most common shrimp served at traditional Edomae sushi restaurants. In order to bring out the shrimp ‘s most authentic flavour, the shrimp s are kept alive until the very last moment, and cooked only minutes before being served to the customers .
• The estimated process time is usually about 7 - 10 days from every Wednesday cut-off at 8PM .
• Once we received the shipment from Japan , it usually takes 24 - 48 hours to process for delivery.

For our live seafood items, though when it is send out from our suppliers in Japan in alive condition but throughout the airflown & transportation journey to Malaysia and to our customers, coupled with the changing of temperature and weather conditions, it is a challenge to ensure that these seafood items will arrive you in alive condition.
