クロムツ Kuromutsu (Japanese bluefish): A popular fish for it's marbling. Considered the chutoro of the mutsu family , best enjoyed raw (sashimi) or aburi.
黑鯥屬於高檔次食材，產量稀少故相當矜貴，是一種深海型肉食性魚類，肉質鮮甜無比，刺身中的極品。一魚兩吃一部分刺身另一部分連魚皮微炙，逼出魚油，令口感更香滑。
