About the Product
Minami Maguro Chutoro is lean red flesh and fatty parts are light yet delicious. The part below the back fin is especially good. The portion closer to the lean part has a bit of sour taste and fine sweetness. Chutoro is widely accepted as a delicious part of tuna.
