Carefully selected natural trout caught in the Sea of Okhotsk, Hokkaido. This trout is also known as sakura trout, and its beautiful cherry-colored flesh is moderately fatty.
* No additives are used in the seasoning. It is bone-removed, but in rare cases it may be adhered to.
How to eat
Prepare boiling water in a pot and bain-marie in a frozen bag for 4~5 minutes. Transfer to a heat-resistant dish,and heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
