Japanese Mitten Crab or Mokuzugani/藻屑蟹 in Japanese is also called Mokuzou, Zugani, Tsugani or Kegani.
Its delight lies in the sweetness of its prized eggs which is extracted by steaming or boiling . Thus , the female is twice as ecpensive as its male counterpart .
