Zuwaigani (snow crab), called matsubagani or Echizen-gani in different regions of Japan .
They are flash frozen to maintain the highest level of freshness and airflown straight to your doorstep. These legs are frozen raw and perfect for Shabu shabu , steaming or BBQ .
Pre-Order Note
• The estimated process time is usually about 7 - 10 days from every Wednesday cut-off at 8PM .
• Once we received the shipment from Japan , it usually takes 24 - 48 hours to process for delivery.
