マナガツオ Managatsuo , or Butterfish a much less famous premium fish from Japan, it is a white fish with an elegant sweet taste, smooth texture and high fatty content .
真名鰹在東日本是備受珍視的高級魚 , 常見做法是烤制，如西京燒、幽庵燒、照燒、鹽燒等。其中，最經典的做法是真名鰹西京燒。京都人喜歡用鹽度低、甘味濃的白味噌與酒、味霖一起醃漬魚肉，於是有了西京燒的做法 .
