Buri Kama (Yellowtail Collar)
Seasonal yellowtail from Ehime Uwajima. Carefully select yellowtail that is 4~5 kg up, and use the kama part, which has a particularly umami and melting texture.
How to eat
- Prepare boiling water in a pot, bain-marie in a frozen bag for 6~7 minutes, or thaw naturally or return it to running water in a bag, transfer to a heat-resistant dish,and heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
